Dolphin in Swan River

A couple of weeks ago I managed to take a picture of a dolphin in the Swan River. I was on a boat and it was amazing to see a couple of dolphins that were competing with the boat :)

This Fondriest bike has been my loyal companion for more than 21 years. I nicknamed it 'giallorossa' for its colours (it means 'red and yellow' in Italian) which are also the colours of my favourite soccer team, AS Roma. This bike is now in Italy and I keep using it during my summer holidays over there. It is still a great bike and I changed just a few components from the day I bought it. U11 junior rides in the South Perth area

In the past weeks I organised some slow pace rides with my daughter (10 years old) who is enjoying them very much. Our rides range between 15 to 35 km with an average speed of 18 to 20 km/h. I was thinking of gathering interest from other children that would like riding with me and my daughter every Saturday morning at around 10.30am. I live in Como and a good spot where to meet is the Holy Family Catholic Church car park on Thelma St . Weather permitting, we will start our rides on 20/5/2023. If you are interested please come along and make sure that any children coming are accompanied by a parent or guardian due to legal implication. Indeed this is an unsupported social ride and I do not have coaching qualification (yet). It is obvious that this is just a personal initiative and I cannot take any responsibility in case of any injury. However, if this will be successful, I might be able to get some support from SPR . When cycling in Italy

Cycling in Italy is undoubtedly very beautiful. It is not just the wonderful scenaries, the amazing mountains and the astonishing coast lines. It is more than that. I rediscovered what it means cycling in Italy during my holiday and my tours reminded me my youth and some of the things that I have almost forgotten. One of them is the pleasure to cross your road with other cyclists that in any occasion wave their hand to you or simply say "Ciao" in that instant that our glance crosses each other. It might seem irrelevant but this is one of the things that I missed most in Australia. That simple gesture hides tons of meanings. First of all it is a sign of respect for another fellow cyclist and secondly it is a sign of acknowledgement of the fatigue that ALL cyclists have to experience when on the road.
